Just wanted to say thanks to all the staff at the Stratford-upon-Avon branch. I must have dealt with all the members over the last couple of weeks with my multiple Gritstone returns/exchanges. All of them have been a pleasure to deal with making the return almost a pleasurable experience. They even keep smiling through my frequent rants about lack of secure pockets.
